Central Rabbit Show

Saturday was a big day at the show and a long day. Amber won best of bred with her french angora jr. buck and Jacob won best opposite sex of the variety with his jr. buck jersey wooly . It was a good day!!

The weather!!

Boy what weather we are having and of course the whole family got sick too. Hopefully we all get better soon so we can get the barn read for winter. And of coarse we still have to get some animals to there breeding pens yet. It was great to get some rain but the cold weather can stay away !!!!!!

Well Amber only has 3 french angora bunnies left. Boy they have went fast.

My son and he's favorite angora goat

This is my son and his favorite angora goat Bracelet . Bracelet will be 2yrs old in Jan. she is a red but of course faded red color. He is having fun showing her at our county fair in the picture. We have 4 angora goats 3 being does and 1 unrelated buck. I love there curly fleeces. I can't wait till I start dying the locks, my kids can wait either they love to felt and they like to add the colored locks to what ever they are felting . I hope it doesn't rain on Sat. I was going to shear the angora's and then get them in the barn in their breeding pen.

My new blog about our family and our farm.

Hi, everybody just started this new blog hope it is working good. We have a hobby type farm. We raise shetland sheep , nubian goats ,nigerian goats, angora goats, french angora rabbits, jersey woolies, silver martin, and american fuzzy lop rabbits. My kids and husband love to show the rabbits all over the state at wrba shows. We have bunnies for sale at times. The nubian and angora goats we also show . The shetland sheep we haven't gotten into the show ring yet but hopefully next year at the sheep and wool festival. We have fleeces for sale at times. We also have chickens and a mini donkey oscar and alot of little kittens right now along with our guard llama baby and gaurd dog oreo he's a border collie. We also have our house buddies cookie a sheltie dog and magenta a Himalayan cat We love all of our animals on the farm so very much.
